W00t!

Defcon was a blast, made so by awesome weekend roommates (morganlf, photon0912, beef_cake, and cubetime) and all the other awesome people there (you know who you are!) I actually had some inspiration for research at Defcon, so things are good.

In other news, moving sucks. I'm moving to a new apartment, and have been driving boxes over slowly--the new place is on the edge of LA and Santa Monica--and is 6 miles from my current place. This makes move piecemeal painful. Thankfully, amoken helped me move my table and bookcase today--that made life a little easier. As I told her earlier, she rocks. :-D

Aside from moving, I'm also working on organizing my trip; I'm presenting a paper at NSPW (New Security Paradigms Workshop) at the end of the month in Ascona, Switzerland. I'm very excited--this certainly is my summer to travel. morganlf will be meeting me in London after the conference, and we're going to spend two weeks exploring London, Dorset, and Northumbria--to relax, and see the medieval sights... :) Anyway... back to packing boxes.
