Hrm. This sounds good, but a little elaboration would have been nice. You'd think Harry would have been a little curious......

You know, of all the things in the book that were semi-random, this one made the most sense to me. It just made perfect sense to me that in a world where everyone can teleport and port keys exist, that that sword can always be pulled from that hat. I found it amusing that the goblin betrayed Harry and got nothing worthwhile from the process.

You're right, Harry should have been at least a little curious, but he probably learned that in the interveening 19 years. :)
