We did! We used the only disks available at Thriftway, which were a bittersweet (~60% cocoa) disk. I'd like to try a more concentrated chocolate next time, as I am huge dark chocolate fan.

Our grocery store only had one type of pastry flour--which was Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry flour. I was skeptical about using whole wheat flour, but it worked very well! We used Gold Medal "Better for Bread" bread flour.
