It's true--I passed my oral qualifying exam! :)

I've been unusually quiet as a result of preparing for the exam and stressing myself out to no end.... Thank you everyone for your warm words and support. It's really appreciated. The exam went well. My committee wants me to narrow my focus and drill down, identifying more of the core issues. This is reasonable, and very much what I want to do... now, to get married. :)
