We take over the new lease on Friday, June 10th--our current tenancy runs out on Saturday the 18th, so we have about a week to pack, move, and clean. The new apartment is a fairly large 1 BR on Beverly Glen and Olympic--it's near a ton of stuff on Pico as well as Westwood, and the Coffee Bean is two block walk.
Friday night moving and painting will commence. We've decided to repaint a couple of the interior walls--one wall in the dining room and living room, as well as a bedroom wall. We also will need a bit more kitchen storage space, so I'm contemplating getting one of these for the kitchen. I love the fact you can mix and match the accessories--add a pot rack, or a pull out bin, etc. Very cool.
