We're home! Nearly 24 hours after we woke up in London,
morganlf and I have reached our Los Angeles apartment and one very excited little grey Gus. He's constantly mewing now, perhaps scared that we're going to leave him again. It's good to be home--our flights went smoothly, but were very tiring. In Gatwick, I was excited to see a Duty Free "Whiskies of the World" and was compelled to pick up a 21 year aged bottle of Glenfiddich. I hope it's good!
Other than that, the flights were used as an excuse to start and finish two books--
morganlf and I read The Half-Blood Prince in series.... I was very excited by the book overall--despite some minor issues here and there.... I also read The Killer's Guide to Iceland which is an excellent piece of fiction dealing with Iceland and Icelandic geology--a very good and fast read.
anyway, now is the time on Sprockets when we sleep. Good night!
