We had an ad hoc recipe for stir fry turn out well tonight too! I had far less to work with in the cupboard and fridge than I remembered so we just took 1/4C soy sauce and grated probably 1.5-2 Tbsp fresh ginger into it--added some salt, black pepper, and red pepper flake during the stir fry and it was awesome. Nice and light. I really need to buy fish sauce...
