Whoo!

It's been a week. Last night was fun, although it started off pretty awful.

morganlf and I went to Cabo Cantina on Wilshire for the 5C young alumni thing--the place is a disaster. However, we did hook up there with

muddjester and Leslie,

minorninth,

bagoffarts at the bar--and then we all went back to the apartment.

beefcake showed up, and it was an ad hoc party! It was good chatting and catching up with folks. Hopefully there will be more hanging out to follow--I really do need to hang out with more of the Claremont gang; it so good to see people!

The weekend was fun--on Sunday butigotahelmet came over and he and I were baking fools.... We made peanut butter cookies with chocolate kisses, oatmeal "snickerdoodles," and a super-fantastic Key Lime pie. Yummy..... I had never made Key Lime pie before, but damn, is it good! :)

Work continues on my prospectus today--but I also should get some code worked on. It's so hard to shift my focus between them.....
